Barrie Sutton is subject to a County Court Judgment (CCJ) and has has a High Court Writ issued. He has a debt of almost £8,000 + interest.
Barrie lives in the North West, you may know him or have seen him, he was born in 1979 making him 45 at the time of writing. He is about 5ft 10 and has short red hair. A photo will be posted soon.
Barrie Sutton was a Director of Batton Flooring Ltd, he was guarantor to a lease. He liquidated his company and shafted his landlord for almost £8,000, breaching the contract he signed.
David Bateman was also a director, he was part of the alleged scam not to pay the rent but was not a guarantor.
Evidence was provided to the liquidators that after liquidation, Barrie was still working and offering customers ‘cash in hand jobs‘, so he is allegedly evading paying taxes.
During the instruction of the High Court Writ, Barrie enlisted his friend, Jon Foote of Skelmersdale United Football Club, to frustrate the lawful collection, helping Barrie evade a CCJ. Jon Foote sent several emails proclaiming to be sent, “For and on behalf of Batton Flooring“. What is concerning is that As Jon Foote is the finance Director of Skelmersdale United Football Club while acting on behalf of a a Company and individual avoiding a County Court Judgment.
After eviction, Barrie Sutton unlawfully re-entered the premises (see photo), the matter was reported to the police.
On 22nd November 2023, AFTER liquidation which started on 1st November 2023, Barrie was still trading as Batton Flooring Ltd and even disclosed to clients that he was vat registerred, giving the VAT number of the Company in liquidation(GB343572402), that would amount to VAT fraud.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Barrie, please let me know so that the details can be passed to the High Court Sherrifs to serve the writ and recover the money he has no repaid.

Barrie Sutton has tried contacting the host complaining this is defamatory. No, it is not defamatory, it is all true. If he believes it is defamatory, he is welcome to commence a claim in the High Court for defamation. The host kindly agreed that the website was not abuse and asked Barrie to contact me directly, Barrie has chosen not to, why? Because he knows he is being chased for the unpaid debt. Barrie refused to give permission for his email to the host to be proved to me? Why? Probably because it is false. A request for a copy from my host via a Subject Access Request after which, anything that is falsified will be provided to the High Court who issued the writ.

Rather that trying to have this factual page removed, why not contact the person you own the debt to where you can settle the debt or agree a payment plan. You cannot hide forever and the interest on the debt is increasing.
